• UK Free Shipping on all orders over £95 or from £4.50.
• EU Shipping from £12.90 with Free Shipping on orders over £175.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the return form. You will receive a 14-day cooling off period to notify us of a request to return the item, followed by 14 days to get the item to us. All refunded items will receive the full price. Sale items can't be refunded or exchanged. 

Please note: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

If you choose to refuse payment of customs charges, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the original postage cost and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from your refund once the parcel safely arrives back with us.

At Wolf London Clothing, we want to ensure that you select the right piece from our collection, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived, we offer a transparent returns policy if the product is 'just not for you'. This means you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the product in any way, we will refund it providing it is returned new, unworn and in a resalable condition within our returns period.

Refund & Returns Process:
For refunds, simple return the order to the returns address on your parcels label or included within your packing slipping. Ensure the item back is placed back into the original packaging, seal securely and take it back to your chosen courier. We recommend Royal Mail for UK orders who will print a label install and dispatch the order back to us. Once received and inspected, you will then receive a full refund on your item and any associated delivery cost under our free shipping threshold.

For refunds you are entitled too:

• 14 days cancellation window.
• 14 days for the customer to return.
• Refund of standard delivery.
• Full refund for faulty items within 30 days.

Please note, all sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Any undelivered returned items will not receive a refund.

You can return full priced item(s) at any of our upcoming trade stands and receive a refund on site via our show team.

Exchange & Returns Process:
Wolf London offers free exchanges on UK orders. Please email info@wolflondon.com with your exchange request, order number and full name. We will send your requested exchanged product back out to you in a mailer bag, which will include the returns label and a sealable mailer bag to post the original item back to our warehouse. Please then take this to your local Royal Mail Store.

You will receive your exchanged item within 2 – 5 business days for UK orders and up to 6 – 8 business working days for EU and International Orders.

If an item is damaged upon return to Wolf London Clothing and we have not been notified, you will be contacted and charged for the damaged item. Equally if we don’t receive the item back due to loss goods, you will be charged for the item.

You can exchange and collect any new items at any of our upcoming trade stands, providing that you have notified us within the allocated timeframe of 14 days.

Please note, all sale items are non-exchangeable unless faulty and sale items are non-exchangeable.

EU and International Refunds & Returns:
For all EU and International refunds please send the item back in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged to the returns address on your shipping label or included within your packing slip.

Please note that:

• International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
• Any customs charges incurred by Wolf London due to a return will be deducted from the refund.

If the item is faulty you are entitled to:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement, or
• A repair

Please notify us at info@wolflondon.com of your choice and once the item is received, we will respond accordingly. Please note, all sale items are non-exchangeable unless faulty and sale items are non-exchangeable.

All Refunds and Exchanges: To receive a refund on your order, the product(s) must be in its original condition with all original protective packaging included. This includes original tags, boxes, bags, labels, and swing tickets, which must remain attached to the product. In addition, any of our tailor-made pieces must also be returned with their hanger and garment bag. The product must be unworn and returned in the same condition for Wolf London Clothing to be able to process any refunds.

It can take up to 10 working days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. No need to worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed. If you paid through 'Klarna', your refund will be refunded to you via Klarna. If you don’t hear from us within 14 working days of sending your items back, please contact info@wolflondon.com with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly team will then see what they can do for you.

Returns from The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are classed as international returns.

Trade stands: 
For pop‑ups or in‑person events, by law Wolf London is not required to offer refunds for returned items for change of mind but we will honour any faulty‑goods bought. We want to ensure that you happy with the product and service received, therefore we will honour any return at an event only.
