At Wolf London, we offer FREE RETURNS which you can request by emailing info@wolflondon.com for all exchanges and we cover the delivery of the new item with Royal Mail. For returned items, we will arange a collection or drop off via Royal Mail and refund the product price, less the delivery fee. Sale items can't be refunded or exchanged.

Delivery Information above is for the U.K. ONLY and excludes all UK Bank Holidays. 

Next UK Business Day Delivery is available with DHL. Orders need to be placed by 11am but DHL can't gaurantee all orders will be there next day, and in some cases it might take 2 business days.

Free International Delivery is available on all orders over £100, including the EU and Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. Overseas shipping will be sent and arive with DHL. This will incurr an additional fee for orders under £100.

International Buyers are responsible for any VAT, Tariff, Duty, Taxes, Handling Fees, Customs Clearance Charges etc.. required by your country for importing consumer goods. If applicable to you, please do your research as an international buyer to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your packages through customs. Your local postal or customs offices can provide more information to you upon request. 

At Wolf London, we want to ensure that you select the right piece from our collection, whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived, we offer a transparent returns policy if the product is 'just not for you'. This means you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the product in any way, we will refund it providing it is returned new, unworn and in a resaleable condition within our returns period. In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations, our returns period for refunds is 28 days unless otherwise stated. Please note, all sale items are non-refundable. (unless faulty)

Your shopping experience is very important to us, and we want to ensure we have taken the hassle away from the returns process by offering free UK exchanges or returns minus the £3.79 delivery fee via Royal Mail.

Simply email info@wolflondon.com to arrange your return or exchange and we will be in touch within 1 - 2 days. 

Returns Process: Please put your item back into the original packaging, seal securely and take it back to your nearest Royal Mail Store who will print and dispatch the order back to us. Once recieved and inspected, we will then refund your order minus the delivery fee. We are working to offer 'return to sender' labels within each box.

Exchange Process: Wolf London will send your requested exchanged product back out to you in a mailer bag, which will include the the returns label and a sealable mailer bag to post the original item back to our warehouse. Please then take this to your local Royal Mail Store. 

Please note, to receive a refund on your order, the product(s) must be in its original condition with all original protective packaging included. This includes original tags, boxes, bags, labels, and swing tickets, which must remain attached to the product. In addition, our tailor-made pieces must also be returned with their hanger and garment bag. The product must be unworn and returned in the same condition for WOLF LONDON  to be able to process any refunds.

It can take up to 10 working days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. No need to worry though, as we will pop you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5 working days from the date it was processed. If you don’t hear from us within 14 working days of sending your items back, please contact info@wolflondon.com with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly team will then see what they can do for you.

Returns from The Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are classed as international returns.
